We're not just support.
We're part of your infrastructure.
First Option is a Dubai-based IT solutions provider established in 2014. We design, build and support the technology businesses run on — from cabling and servers to security, cloud and day-to-day support.
One team for your entire IT.
We work with organisations across the UAE to plan, deploy and manage IT that simply works. Our certified engineers handle everything from structured cabling and data centres to firewalls, Microsoft 365 and on-site support — so you deal with one accountable partner instead of many vendors.
Since 2014, our work has ranged from corporate offices, hospitals and schools to warehouses, industrial sites and live events.
Email, Teams, SharePoint and cloud workloads — secured and managed.
